Our CQI/Performance Outcomes Service is designed to be affordable for both
small and large mental health providers.
We will do the
following:
- Help you select outcome measures that are appropriate for your agency.
- Provide the necessary forms to collect your data and show you
how to use them.
- Work closely with your staff to ensure smooth
data collection.
- Compile your data and analyze it using the
appropriate statistical techniques.
- Generate useful, reader
friendly reports that contain valuable information that can be shared with referring agencies, funding sources,
advocates, parents, your Board of Directors, and other interested stakeholders.
As an example, the cost for a complete Performance Outcomes Service for a residential
treatment program in most cases is approximately $10.00 per client bed per month (e.g., the total monthly charge for a client
population of 30 would be $300.00).
Pricing for other mental
health and foster care providers is similarly affordable.
A sustainability option is available too in which we work with your agency's staff and train
them to assume responsibility for assessing your outcomes within some specified time period thereby eliminating a monthly
expense.
Finally, if your agency already does some form of performance outcomes assessment,
consider allowing us to consult and improve what you're already doing.
