Psychological Assessment Systems was founded by Paul A. Sunseri, Psy.D in 2002. Dr. Sunseri has extensive experience in the mental health field in general and substantial experience working with residential treatment, foster care, outpatient, and wraparound programs. He has founded and overseen two very intensive residential treatment facilities in California. In addition to being an administrator and clinician, Dr. Sunseri has conducted extensive research on improving treatment outcomes and has published several scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals.
